Handball West is transforming your preseason into epic training this February at Trigg Beach. Trade those hill sprints for an exhilarating beach handball experience to supercharge your fitness and team spirit!

Enjoy sunrise, sand and surf with your teammates. After the match, amp up the work with our S&C - or bring your own! Complete your cool down with an ocean swim and refuel at Foam Cafe at Surfing WA.

This is a fundraising activity for the WA State Handball teams for 2025. All proceeds help us develop our club and compete nationally.

Spirit Award

Australia's iconic swimwear brand, Budgy Smuggler, is backing the Handball West Trigg Beach event in style! Each week, we'll crown a male and female “Budgy Smuggler Spirit Player” who brings the biggest vibes and community spirit to the game. Their reward? A $50 Budgy Smuggler voucher to keep the good times rolling.

Details

  • Every Sunday morning in February 8:00-10:00am, starting 02/02/25
  • Trigg Beach, soft-sand courts
  • Teams of 6-10 players (4 to a court at once, rolling subs)
  • 2 x 10 minute halves
  • Social event - no experience necessary
  • Optional S&C training post game provided by Jump, Lift, Run
  • Registration is $250/team

  2. Get your players to register for insurance:
      Due to the limitations of the assemble platform, we have had to charge each individual $4 for insurance. Your registration entitles you to a free coffee, juice or milkshake (not smoothie) at Foam Cafe on our first day - Sunday the 2nd of February 2025. Your team manager will distribute the coupon on the day of the event.
